If you are attempting to log into your campaign website, you need to go to to your website at [yourwebsitedomain/admin] and log in there. (Replace yourwebsitedomain with your own website.) You can also reset your password from there.
If you don’t remember your login credentials, go to the page and request them to be sent to you via email.
If you are attempting to log into the Client Portal to pay an invoice, set up email accounts, access the knowledge base or submit a trouble ticket, you can log in to your client account at https://www.onlinecandidate.com/clients/clientarea.php
